  • BUSINESS, ENTERTAINMENT & HORSE WELFARE

Belinda Stronach about how racing will become a sport of tomorrow.

The Stronach Group has in less than 20 years become one of the world’s great powers in horse racing – owning half a dozen racecourses and a major betting company. Belinda Stronach runs the group, and saying that she is one of the most influential persons in horse racing today is no exaggeration. Mats Genberg met her for a talk about the future of horse racing. Inside racing´s greatest drama

Shergar lit up the racing world in 1981, winning the Epsom Derby by 10 lengths. He was set to become a superstar stallion, but events took a dark turn with kidnap, ransom, and an uncertain end making Shergar’s story one of racing’s greatest dramas.
